Principal Investigator
Frieder Research Institute is led by Jillian H. Frieder, MD, FAAD, a board-certified dermatologist and principal investigator with focused training in inflammatory dermatology, psoriasis, immune-mediated skin disorders, and cutaneous oncology.
Dr. Frieder graduated with Honors from the University of Arizona and earned her medical degree from Wayne State University, where she graduated with Distinction and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. She completed a Dermatology Clinical Research Fellowship under Dr. Alan Menter in Dallas, with a focus on psoriasis and immune-mediated skin disease.
Dr. Frieder completed her dermatology residency at Baylor University Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident. Her research background includes 17 industry-sponsored trials, 13 peer-reviewed publications, a peer-reviewed book chapter on emerging cancer treatments, and academic research on novel drug delivery systems..
